Christmas 2007

Yes, I know I'm a little late at updating the blog. Anyway,
forgot the camera to just about every event we had in December so I am limited
in the Picture department. Christmas Eve, this year, was at my
parents with the all the Christmas Eve stuff- dinner, presents, skits by the
grandkids, and the Christmas Story. Christmas morning, as
always, a messy event. The most loved present of all was a silly little
"wiggleator" that I picked up last minute(suggestion by Heather
Adams). All morning and night we had "wiggleator races" from the
front door, around the island, and back to the front door. I had the
best record, even the Duncan boys couldn't beat, until sweet little Jordan came
along and crushed my record by a second. I had to give up at that point.
Anyway, Christmas was enjoyable this year with everyone on the Duncan side here. Get-togethers, eating, parties, food, more get-togethers,
more food, going out to eat, "family pictures", more food,
games, etc. Looking back, it was really fun to see everyone.

Spanish Fork High "Preference"

I totally "stink" at this. I've been sitting here for "forever" and can't think of a cute way to say anything. I am definalty not a "Kristen" type with her creative writing ( English, not my strong point), anyway, Brit says she had a great time. They (Mary & Taylor, Whitney & Greg, McKelle and ?, Ashley & Coltan) had dinner at Maccaroni Grill (yummm- the waiter knew brady and Grandpa Stu- who knows everyone) then went and had their pictures taken. Then the dance- Brit's date, Ryan ,taught her the Swing and the Waltz (I know, I know- quite the ladies-man). After the dance, they went to Ashleys house up in Covered Bridge Canyon and they sledded down the road(sometimes it's better that you don't know what your teenage daughter is doing until after- as if it makes it any better) and, of course, Brit had a collission with a snow bank- aka a bruised arm and birdies flying around her head! Then to top off the evening they watched Sportscenter and ate "treats". She came home loving the whole night- crash included!
